For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. It will also contain the tracking code for your order, which can be used at http://track.royalmail.com

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 2pm the same day Monday to Friday. Subject to items being in stock.

DPD 1-2 Day Delivery:
£2.99 for orders under £30
FREE for orders over £30
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be posted via DPD 1-2 Delivery and in most cases are delivered the next working day but this is dependant on the postal code.Where possible, please contact DPD directly for any delays with your parcel(s).
Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that DPD has attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.
