Since 2017, Eusphera S.R.L. has been a pioneer in Europe for the processing of hemp and the manufacture of products containing CBD and other non-psychotropic phytocannabinoids, which comply with the destinations set forth in current regulations. The company's goal is to create innovative and natural products to optimize health and well-being.
With an integrated system, ranging from the selection of GACP medicinal plants, to the internal Research & Development division up to production, in Eusphera S.R.L. everything is designed and structured to obtain from plants, without the use of artificial substances, the totally natural molecular complexes that are the basis of our products.
Eusphera S.R.L.  is a nutraceutical and cosmetic company that acts based on 3 values:

PRODUCT SAFETY: It is one of the few companies in the sector to hold all the certifications required in Italy and Europe to guarantee quality and safety its own processes and products, and in addition, each product is tested in independent and accredited laboratories;
RESPECT FOR NATURE AND CUSTOMERS: Eusphera S.R.L. thinks about caring for the health of people and the planet by making all-natural, safe and effective products. Our products respect nature starting with the extraction technology, which is completely solvent-free and able to eliminate any residue to help the health of both mother earth and the people who use our products;
INNOVATION AT THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING: Eusphera S.R.L. takes the best of the plant because it extracts its phytocomplex without the use of solvents. Our technology is the only one to preserve 100% of the plant's DNA while keeping it intact and with a terpene charge more than 20 times higher than common technologies (supercritical CO2). The company guarantees, in its extracts, the acid forms of molecules that are the focus of scientific research for their efficacy, which is attracting the attention of researchers worldwide.

For this reason, Eusphera S.R.L., in order to continuously improve the quality of the products and services provided, has decided to equip itself with a Management System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 22716:2008 standard, becoming more and more, for its customers and stakeholders, a guarantee of fairness and competence in the area, aiming to become a leader in the sector with an approach that focuses its attention on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and compliance with industry regulations.
Specifically, the company is committed to the following goals:

Identify and meet the requirements of customers, users, local authorities, and stakeholders;
Qualitatively improve the services and products offered, identifying and assessing related risks, with the understanding that this improves their effectiveness and efficiency;
Understand customers' needs and plan its activities to fully meet them, including the correction, prevention, or reduction of undesirable effects;
Comply with applicable legislative and other requirements that the company subscribes to;

Identify the various activities as processes to be planned, controlled, and continuously improved while at the same time best activating resources for their implementation;
Plan their processes with Risk-Based Thinking (RBT) approach in order to implement the most appropriate actions to assess and deal with risks associated with the processes;
Exploit and reinforce identified opportunities;
Promote at all levels an appropriate sense of proactivity in managing its risks;
Determine significant Environmental impacts;
Qualitatively improve services with respect to the Environment by identifying and assessing related risks, knowing that this improves the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided;
To spread the culture of Environmental protection at various levels of the organization and to prevent, through actions of awareness, empowerment and continuous training of employees, potential incidents that could have negative impacts on them;
Apply the principles described in ISO 22716:2008 for personnel, premises, equipment, subcontracting and documentation;

Ensure that GMPs for cosmetics are implemented and maintained;
Maintain the management system adequate, efficient and effective in order to be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and/or constraints external to the organization;
Make this Policy public and accessible;
Adapt this Policy to industry regulatory changes and needs arising from requirements defined in the management system with a view to continuous improvement.

INDIVIDUALS REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE POLICY
This Policy applies to all individuals working for and on behalf of Eusphera S.R.L., in the broadest meaning of the concept: employees at all levels, managers, officers, seconded personnel, volunteers, trainees, contractors, external consultants, representatives of third parties and business partners, sponsors, business associates or any other associated individual, wherever located. Therefore, it must be communicated, understood and made available to all interested parties, internal and external, previously listed.

THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE POLICY
Top Management is responsible for verifying that this policy complies with legal and ethical duties and is adhered to by all stakeholders. An Integrated Management System Manager (IMS) of Eusphera S.R.L. has been established to oversee the design and implementation of the management system, implement it, monitor its use and effectiveness, adjudicate any issues related to it, and constantly monitor internal control systems and procedures. Management at every level should ensure that all persons under its responsibility are aware of the policy and comply with it, and receive adequate and ongoing training on the subject. Every employee is invited to give his or her opinion on the policy.

TRAINING
Updating on this Policy is part of the ongoing training of all individuals working for Eusphera S.R.L. and shall be ensured on an ongoing basis.
COMMUNICATION TO STAKEHOLDERS, INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL
In order to achieve its objectives, the Management expresses its willingness to involve and share this Policy to all Stakeholders (employees, collaborators, suppliers, etc.).
In addition, towards customers, during the performance of the service, Eusphera S.R.L. is committed to ensuring transparency on the activities carried out and its objectives, for this reason this Policy is made public and accessible by anyone.
SUPPLY CHAIN
Eusphera S.R.L. procures from qualified suppliers, on which it performs continuous checks so that the material and means used always meet expectations and do not compromise the final result of the activity.
For its own operations, Eusphera S.R.L. entrusts external companies (collaborators) with part of the services, guaranteeing constant control over them.
